1. Subscription & Billing
GrowthWave Ads offers a monthly subscription at $24.99/month. New subscribers pay $18.49 for their first month. Your credit or debit card is charged $18.49 at signup and $24.99/month thereafter. Billing continues monthly until you cancel.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
3. Platform Access
GrowthWave Ads provides access to training materials, tools, and resources to help subscribers market local businesses. Access is granted to the individual subscriber only and may not be shared.
4. No Guarantee of Results
GrowthWave Ads provides tools and education. We do not guarantee any specific income, revenue, or business results. Results depend entirely on the subscriber's effort and execution.
5. Acceptable Use
Subscribers agree to use the platform lawfully and ethically. Misuse of tools, sharing of account credentials, or fraudulent activity may result in immediate account termination without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, scripts, tools, and materials on this platform are the property of GrowthWave Ads LLC. Redistribution or resale of platform content is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
GrowthWave Ads LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or its tools.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
